Let’s Preserve Our Community’s Appeal

To maintain the aesthetic appeal and property values of our neighborhood, we kindly remind all residents to review and adhere to the Architectural guidelines. These guidelines are in place to ensure a harmonious and attractive community for all.

A Few Key Guidelines to Remember:

Play Equipment:

  • Placement: All play equipment, including swings, slides, playhouses, basketball hoops, and other similar items, should be exclusively located in rear yards.
  • Storage: When not in use, play equipment should be stored out of sight, such as in a garage or shed.
  • Common Area Usage: Please refrain from placing play equipment in common areas, alleys, or sidewalks, as this can obstruct pedestrian and vehicle traffic.

Vehicle Parking:

  • Alleyways: To ensure emergency vehicle access and smooth traffic flow, please avoid parking in alleyways.
  • Designated Parking: Please park vehicles in designated parking spaces, driveways, or garages.
  • Amenity Parking: Overnight parking in amenity parking lots is strictly prohibited without prior authorization. Vehicles parked without authorization may be subject to tow at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Please note: Failure to comply with the guidelines and governing documents may result in a notice of violation and fines.
